Q2 2024 Android Performance of Top 5 Idle RPGs in the US

In the second quarter of 2024, the Idle RPG category has seen interesting trends on the Android platform in the US. Using data from Sensor Tower, we've taken a closer look at the top five applications in this genre.

Legend of Mushroom by Joy Nice Games showed a declining trend in downloads, starting from 2K in the first week of April and dipping to a few hundred by the end of June. However, weekly active users saw a gradual increase from 5K to 7K, suggesting a growing dedicated player base.

Next, Legend of Slime: Idle RPG War from AppQuantum displayed a fluctuating revenue pattern, with a peak of 1.6K USD in mid-May, while downloads decreased from 964 in early April to 165 by late June. Weekly active users peaked at 1.4K in mid-May, before descending to 906.

Mars-Games' Isekai:Slow Life saw a revenue range between 4K and 7K USD, with downloads remaining steady around the low hundreds. Active users increased from 1.7K to 2.2K over the quarter.

Azur Interactive Games Limited entered the fray with Slime Castle - Idle TD, a newcomer that has experienced growth in all areas since its release in early May. Revenue jumped from practically non-existent to 327 USD by the end of June, while downloads saw a peak of 323 in mid-May. Active users also grew from 162 to 439 in the span of the quarter.

Lastly, Idle Angels: Goddess' Warfare from Neorigin Games Global showed a revenue increase from 311 USD to 683 USD by the quarter's end. Downloads saw a significant spike in mid-June, reaching 150, and active users climbed from a mere 38 to 218.
